1. Introduction: The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) program prepares students with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to provide safe, compassionate, and quality care to patients. Students learn to assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence in a variety of healthcare settings.
