- Introduction: Our Nail Specialty will help you gain knowledge in anatomy and physiology, bacteria
and infectious diseases, sanitation, infection control, ethical business practices and a wide
range of hands-on, pragmatic job skills. After completing the course, you will be thoroughly
prepared to take the New York State Board Examination. When you pass the exam, you will be
ready to start your exciting and colorful career as a Licensed New York State Nail Specialist.
