- Introduction: Enjoy hands-on learning, enjoy practicing on classmates, mannequins and clinic clients as they
study hairstyling, coloring, perms and relaxers, make-up techniques, manicures and business
practices. Successful completion of the School of Cosmetology at The Stuart School of Career
Technology prepares you to sit for the New York State Cosmetology licensing exam.
